Registration Requirements:
Child's original Birth Certificate (will make a copy here at school)
Current Kentucky Immunization Certificate and completed Medical Examination form
Social Security card (a copy can be made here at school)
Registration/Current data forms- can be picked up in the office
Age Requirements:
Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 31, 2023. Children entering into First grade must be 6 years old by August 31, 2023.
